The holding’s parent company, ZAO Torgovo-promyshlennoye predpriyatiye Severo-Zapad, founded on 16 April, 1992, is one of Russia’s oldest pharmaceutical wholesalers.

Headquartered in St. Petersburg, the central office of ZAO Severo-Zapad manages subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad, Murmansk, Kaliningrad, Vologda, Pskov, Novgorod and Smolensk regions.
